MODERN CLOSET SOLUTIONS offers free shipping on all orders over $2000 within Ontario ONLY. For other provinces there is a flat fee of $175.00 plus applicable taxes. This offer applies to standard ground shipping only. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

Orders are shipped via our partner carriers for larger orders. The actual delivery time will vary depending on your location. We manufacture our products in Canada, allowing us to significantly reduce shipping times.

We take returns, with a 20% restocking fee for unopened boxes returned within 30 days of purchase, must be returned within the 30 days, no exceptions. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and must contact us prior to returning an item. The item must be in its original condition and packaging for a full refund any opened boxes will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected by the warehouse. We do not accept returns on custom closets all sales are final, no exceptions.

Return shipping costs are not refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original cost to ship the product will be deducted from the return, customer is fully responsible for all shipping costs.

Our warranties typically cover defects in materials and workmanship for a specific period, which is a limited lifetime. They generally apply to the structural components of the closet system, including frames, doors and interior organizers. Excludes normal wear and tear, third-part components (like light bulbs, fixtures, led), and damage caused by misuse or neglect.

Coverage:

Our warranties generally cover defects in materials and workmanship from factory, ensuring the closet system functions as intended. We do not cover installation and third-party installation. Once installed by an installer and if installed incorrectly we will not honour the warranty. Customer must have a millworker professional install all closet systems in order to have the warranty honoured. There are no exceptions.

Duration:

The warranty period is limited lifetime and applies to the structural components of the closet system, including frames, doors, and interior orgaizers. Excludes normal and tear, third-party components (Like light bulbs, fixtures, led), and damage caused by misuse or neglect.

Exclusions:

Exclusions from warranty include normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, installations done incorrectly and components from third-party manufacturers.

Installation: Must have a professional installer for all closets, this is highly recommended in order not void the warranty.
